Chocolate and Chilli Pepper Mousse
for 4 portions
(This recipe contains no gluten, no milk or any derivatives)
200 grams of Dark Chocolate
200 ml of Water
1 dash of Chilli Powder
4 dashes of Cinnamon Powder
4 Red hot Chili Peppers for decoration
Put the glass bowl in which you want to make the mousse into the freezer
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Before pouring it into the cold glass bowl, stir in a dash of chilli powder and 4 dashes of cinnamon powder, then add the water.
Mix with an electric mixer at maximum power.
Divide the mousse into 4 cold bowls and decorate with chillies and mint leaves
